Give me your stomach and I will return it flat. Matter fact just give me your whole body and I will make it over for you in no time. Meaning 60 days or less, 8 weeks is all it takes. 

All you need is a set of dumb bells (5 & 8lbs) and ladies a set of my Sweatensity Bands.

Both are optional but if you want the best results GET THEM!!

Hello, I just have a couple of questions before I sign up for the challenge.
1. Do we have access to the workouts if we can’t make the live workouts?
2. What time zone are you in?
3. Is the $100 for the whole 60days or is that just for the first month?
